What I meant was that in the windows store, the Home tab & the App tab has the same gray issue, but on the Game tab, I don't have any gray rectangles problem.I saw in one forum that people asked if Adobe Flash Player is installed, and I have that player, however I was not able to see how to uninstall it.Could it be the issue?My full details:Asus laptop, UX330UAWindows 10 HomeVersion 1703Built 15063.632.Before going to in place upgrade, anything else to try?Thanks,Guy.
Windows Store Cache May Be Damaged
You need to reregister the Windows Store app by running the following command in an elevated command prompt window: Incidentally, our freeware FixWin 10 for Windows 10, lets you reset Windows Store Cache, in a click. If this doesn’t help, you may want to repair your corrupt Windows Image or Component Store using DISM. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog. Type WSReset.exe and click/tap on OK. The WSReset tool resets the Microsoft Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps. After the operation completed successfully, the Store will open automatically. Check there is no more problem installing and update apps on Microsoft store.
